Di un downpayment por un carro, al momento de firmar y entregarlo, el carro no estaba en óptimas condiciones. Tenía una llanta rota, un espejo lateral roto, un par de partes faltantes, y sucio a más no poder... Me hicieron esperar más de tres horas para saber al menos si el crédito había sido aprobado, no respondieron y decidí irme. Prometieron tener el carro en las condiciones deseables para cuatro días más tarde, y no fue así. Se les escribe para la devolución del dinero y tampoco contestan. Pésimo lugar!

Expected to buy an Infiniti for a good price. Didn’t get too because of the fees that were equivalent to nearly half of the cars worth.
