This company did business as BH 5 Star Home Inc. on Amazon. I purchased a "Casio G-Shock" from them, and just went back to my order to check some reviews, and the business & their products were gone/shutdown. Makes me wonder if this is a knock-off watch or not.
Great compnay to work with.
I purchased my 10K white gold chain to use for my husband teardrop ashes on 07/01/24. The chain got caught on a button and when tried to untangle it the chain broke. I have made two phone calls to this company with no return call. My purchase price was 73.40. I would think this chain would not have broken that easily.
The necklace was beautiful & well made. Communication was so easy & efficient.
