I ordered a 1.5mm silver rope chain necklace and it was better than expected! On top of that, customer service was quick to respond and very helpful. Definitely would recommend!

Excellent customer service! I needed a custom length at 17.5". The seller responded immediately and was very accommodating. I received the chain very quickly. It is gorgeous and super shiny! I had such a good experience that I decided to order another custom length at 16.5". I love that one so much as well! Great quality all around. Pictured are the two chains together.

I recently purchased a paperclip lariat necklace that I wanted to customize by adding a lobster clasp to the bottom so that I could attach charms. Danny was so helpful! He sent me photos of clasps to choose from and gave me his opinion about what would look best with the chain. I absolutely love the final result! Danny was prompt & professional!
