CIS completed a full home inspection on our home we are purchasing and it was a great experience. They are very thorough and even use a drone to take pictures of the roof! After the inspection they sat down and walked through everything they documented and helped explain which defects might be critical to have repaired. Soon after the inspection I was emailed the full report complete with pictures. My experience was great. Very prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
CIS did our home inspection a few weeks ago. Very professional, very thorough, and explained everything really well. Would definitely recommend them to any of my friends!
