We've had to put 20k into our home since we bought it because everything that was wrong underneath the house in the crawlspace was missed. The crawlspace was a mess and still is. There have been several things that were missed in the home inspection that should have been included on the inspection report. As a first time home buyer this is very disheartening and we had a right to know about all the damage Underneath the house before we dropped 150k to buy it.
