This is a 3500 sqft house on a 0.6 acre lot. You get the idea how lazy they are and how much they care about you.
The inspector did not inspect the attic because there were "6" screws to remove to access. About a month later, we had an electrician enter the attic. He said it was only "2" screws to remove, and found crushed air ducts and electrical boxes with wires hanging out. The electrician was very upset, and when I emailed the inspector, I got an automated reply that he retired 5 days after doing our inspection. I'm out $500. The phone number is no longer in service......
We purchased our first home May 2019. It Was inspected by this company prior to purchasing. The guy that came to inspect, checked our septic system by flushing ONE toilet. We are 13 months out from purchase date and we’ve had our septic pumped twice and were told that our system is in failure. This is major in comparison to all of the other over looked issues within the home. If my husband wasn’t handy and able to make repairs himself, we would be bankrupt by now. Certified Home Inspectors did a wonderful job inspecting our home before we purchased it. They were extremely thorough and gave us a detailed report. They were easy to communicate with and very timely. We would recommend Certified Home Inspectors to anyone.
Not thorough. Recommended by our realtor but they missed the main water line valve being broken.
