Not sure about the 1 star review... Frank is very knowledgeable. Just walking around with him at the inspection you could tell he's been doing it for a long time (+15 years) and knows what he is talking about. He does not hesitate to show you something and point out anything that may be questionable, and always has an answer to back up his claims. Highly recommended!
Currently unlicensed as of February 2014. Use an unlicensed inspector if you want, I wouldn't.
