Requested a mold inspection and he was able to perform the inspection the following day. After he did the site visit he provided a nice detailed inspection report and answered all my questions. The inspection report also offers recommendation to remedy the issue. Would like to use them in the future.
Jim was friendly, knowledgeable, and pointed out a hail damaged roof. The current homeowner will be correcting this with their insurance company. He found several things that would not prevent a sale, but will help me protect my future home. Can't say enough good about Jim and the customer service he provides. The report he provided was professional and easy to understand.
House hunting is such a pain and in some cases heart breaking. We found one we thought we could make our home.... turned out to be one mushroom farm with a pool for a basement, a asbestos blower for a heater, and a natural gas atmosphere. To any friends looking to get a house, I implore you to get an excellent inspector like we did. He literally saved our lives in my opinion. Jim was professional about the whole process and never held back a punch. I will be requesting him again soon hopefully. Thank you Jim.
