Dave was incredibly helpful in answering our questions and walking us through our inspection report on our new home. His report was detailed and timely. Because of the inspection we were able to identify areas needing immediate fixing that resulted in negotiation of additional seller paids to cover those costs. If we need an inspection again in the future we know who to call!

Mike failed to notice an active termite and carpenter ant infestation in our home when he did the inspection. It came to light through a diligent contractor when we began home repairs. He also failed to highlight a structural roofing issue that required immediate attention. We would not use his services again.
