Tom was absolutely wonderful! He came out last minute when we were in a pinch, and I highly recommend him for your home inspection needs.
I called them today to ask about a lead paint inspection, and while they don’t do that specific inspection they provided me with great information and incredible recommendations for who I should contact next. They were so kind and helpful and I was massively impressed with the amount of time they took out of their day to help me. I felt so valued even though I wasn’t going to be a sale. Highly recommend. 10/10.

Tom was very personable and professional. I called him on a Monday and he was able to do the inspection on my day off, which was Sunday. VERY THOROUGH! I can't emphasize that enough. I am looking to purchase a rental property and I knew that given my price range, that whatever I found would be older and would need a fair amount of work. Tom Grove was amazing! I reached out to him late on a Saturday evening and he got back to me Sunday afternoon. We were scheduled for that Tuesday morning to do a full home and pest inspection on a property we are purchasing.
