Dissatisfied Roof leaked first day, broken window casing, bad communication, bad internal communication/scheduling and absolutely terrible cleanup. Was going to give better rating but the thing that pushed it so low was the amount of nails left on my property. I'm very thankful my nephew didn't get severely injured by the stuff left in the grass, I have swept the lawn 3 times now to make sure they are safe. CHI replaced the garage roof and gutters on both the house and garage. Jim gave us a great estimate and was extremely pleasant to work with. Both crews were very professional and courteous. Both the roof and gutters were completed in the time frame that was estimated. We appreciate how well both crews cleaned up when they were finished. We highly recommend Jim and his company.
I recently had my house and garage roofs replaced by CHI. Jim, the owner, was great to work with. The crew showed up on time on the day specified and completed both roofs in a timely manner. I am 100% satisfied with both roofs and glad I picked pewter gray, it looks great! I would recommend CHI to anyone in the market for a new roof.
