I recently had my house and garage roofs replaced by CHI. Jim, the owner, was great to work with. The crew showed up on time on the day specified and completed both roofs in a timely manner. I am 100% satisfied with both roofs and glad I picked pewter gray, it looks great! I would recommend CHI to anyone in the market for a new roof.
Dissatisfied Roof leaked first day, broken window casing, bad communication, bad internal communication/scheduling and absolutely terrible cleanup. Was going to give better rating but the thing that pushed it so low was the amount of nails left on my property. I'm very thankful my nephew didn't get severely injured by the stuff left in the grass, I have swept the lawn 3 times now to make sure they are safe.
Certified home improvement did a great job residing my house. I decided not to go with the cheapest option and went with them because of the good reviews, and it was worth it. Price was still competitive with others. Bobby in sales was awesome from start to finish, regularly checked up to make sure I was happy during the while process. Tommy and the installation team were great to, finished product looked great. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
