So our ac went out and I called after like 6pm, normal service hours and David Harlem called me back in around 10 mins after calling the mane service line. He was able to come out a within an hour. He had our ac running in like a few minutes.His customer service was awesome. Thank you lots Certified!
This was our first experience with a routine maintenance visit and everything was great. They were able to get us on the schedule right away and explained everything over the phone perfectly. Joshua was our technician and he was so professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything in great detail, answered all my questions and went above and beyond to get our unit running even better. Highly recommend!
Joshua came out to work on our A/C system. I was very impressed with his professionalism. He took care of my issue quickly. He offered the company's maintenance plans, and was very informative about them. I asked if he was an owner of the company or in the family of the owner because he had that level of professionalism that you would expect from an owner. Will 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for an HVAC company.
