They were a sub-contractor on our new house that installed the HVAC system. Today, just 2.5 years in the new home, our heat smells musty and the air conditioning leaks condensation inside the house and rusts the vents. They did not seal around the vents at installation. We now have to call for help to clean up the work. Techs came to house smelling of weed. Very easy to work with. Brandon was a superstar!!! He explained everything to me thoroughly, made sure I was signed up for the fall inspection and was able to take my payment on the spot. He was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, succinct and professional.This was the easiest thing I've done all day! Well done Brandon. The price I paid was $139.09 that covered today's inspection and the upcoming Autumn inspection.
We had our semiannual HVAC services performed today and it really was a great experience. Our technician was Carlton. He really is a professional and a true pleasure to welcome into our home. Carlton greeted us warmly and explained why he was here and what he was going to do. He is a fine young gentleman and was very respectful of my wife and myself.
