I wish I could give 0stars. I was a former employee of certified health care and without warning we were told the next day the company will be closing down. I have yet to get my last 3 check bc the bill a month and half behind. I can get a hold of anyone about my checks that equal $1500. I had to ask my patient has insurance paid for those day and the have. I now realize that they stole our money and closed the company. Im having to hire a lawyer to help me get my money.
Worst company ever. I was supposed to have home care after my surgery. The people they sent were totally incompetent. It was like torture. My insurance company paid them! I will be calling my insurance company to file a formal complaint. I will also contact whoever it is that runs this company. They need to be put out of business. I’m pretty sure what they are doing is insurance fraud.
They never call back , they lie to you on the phone, don't do their job, and still no one has showed up after my surgery. They told me they are under staff so why bother calling them
