Worst experience I have ever had with a 2nd lien lender. Poor communication skills, incompetent employees and a Sale Rep (Kelly Kearns) who sees no issue with missing closing - "you should be grateful we got your client approved." Really? We met your published guidelines. Movers in the driveway and all she can do is tell us all to back off. No problem, Kelly. You won't ever hear from us again.
Terrible experience, would not recommend to anyone. Strongly suggest going elsewhere.
