Very knowledgeable and kind.
The office staff was outstanding. Dr Purtuc was late as usual, but this time he was an hour late. The staff kept popping in their heads and apologizing for the wait, promising that it would be "only a few minutes more," and "you're next in line," etc. They also mentioned that patients in front of me were being "mean" to the doctor that day because he was running late. Dr. Purtuc is truly a knowledgeable and caring physician. He takes the time to listen and genuinely cares about his patients. The entire staff is equally kind and supportive. Both my husband and I are patients, and we have had a wonderful experience. My husband’s case is more complex, and Dr. Purtuc has accomplished what no other doctor has been able to do. For that, we are incredibly grateful. I would highly recommend him.
Place is a joke. Doctor is extremely rude and talks down to his patients and staff. They overbook appointments and lie about their hours. So if you want to wait and be treated like crap, this is the place for you.
The staff at Crrtified Foot and Ankle were very friendly and helpful. I was taken back for treatment within 10 minutes of arrival as a new patient and finished my paperwork in my room while I awaited the Doctor to enter my room. The doctor was very informative as to my injury and very detailed in my choices of treatment. Once I decided which course I would take, he was very Gentle in the procedure and applying my brace that was needed. He gave clear instructions and asked if I had any questions at every turn.
