As soon as you walk in, everyone is welcoming, helpful, professional, and kind. Dr. Tiffany Cerda is an outstanding podiatrist who truly cares about her patients—you never feel like just another number. Her assistant is wonderful with children and is ready to help. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The office is very clean, well organized, and provides an excellent experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this practice—you will not be disappointed!
I am very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Tiffany Cerda and her office staff. My husband received an unexpected pathology bill for over $800. We were never given a cost estimate or informed of the potential charges before the testing was performed. Every other medical office we have visited has always informed us of our expected out-of-pocket costs before services were performed.
