I was evaluated for numbness in my feet. The doctor explained everything clearly & in depth, answered all my questions & explained what I needed to do next.
I saw Dr. Ratnala on October 17th. Unfortunately, she was not able to help with my problem. She did make a number of observations & comments about my ankle that I want to share with my primary care doctor & the new specialist. But I can't reach anyone in the office. I called a number of times & was transferred somewhere but no one answers the call & the voicemail is full. I called back & was told they take lunch from 11:30 to 1:30pm. I called back at 1:40 & am now told the office is closed until November 11th. I need those r... read more
It was easy to find and the staff was friendly and polite very professional by all medical standards. In and out no wait from room to room. Just bedside professionalism for the whole staff.
This was my first time seeing Dr. Ratnala. The staff was wonderful and she was amazing. Hands like a glove. Highly recommend her. Foot and Ankle problems 👏👏👏😊
