The carpet was installed satisfactorily and they were on time. The crew left dirty handprints all over every room that they installed carpet. The trim on multiple doors were damaged and they scuffed baseboards in all the rooms. It was clear that they didn’t take any pride in their work. If I was to do this again I’d ask home depot if they had other contractors in the area.
Their inspector did not see anything wrong with this and refused to fix it! I want this repaired ASAP! They were contacted through HomeDepot. I would like for you Certified Flooring to come to my home to please repair it!
