Adam is great. He has recharged our extinguishers in our office for years and even rehung all of the brackets for me this year since we recently moved locations.
I scheduled an annual fire extinguisher inspection for my business, but this company no-showed TWICE. Each time I cleared my schedule to wait for the technician, but they never arrived and didn't even bother to call. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially when business compliance is on the line. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I recommend other local store owners to avoid them if you value your time.
We have received nothing less of excellent service here at Abatix. Whether it is 10 or 100 extinguishers that need to be tagged the service is always done promptly and with a great attitude.
