After selling our home we had Jackie Edginton handle our Estate Sale. Her & Bruce and team did an excellent job. From the first phone call and in person meeting to the final close out of the sale it was seamless! Jackie's communication is excellent and she is such a dream to work with. Very disorganized and very rude, particularly at check out. They were quite abrupt and unpleasant, particularly because they are understaffed. We visited an extremely busy estate sale and their employees had no information about things and the check out line was out the door and almost an hour because they only had one person checking people out. I’m sure they lost many sales because of this.
Sara and her team were warm and knowledgeable. In overhearing some conversations with hagglers (no judgement), they seemed to strike the challenging balance of accommodating buyers, looking out for the family, and running a business. The sale I went to was quite massive, and the presentation of items was well organized and thoughtful. I really appreciated that everyone on the team maintained their friendly demeanors amidst what appeared to be a tremendous amount of work. I’ll find them again!
