Sara and her team were warm and knowledgeable. In overhearing some conversations with hagglers (no judgement), they seemed to strike the challenging balance of accommodating buyers, looking out for the family, and running a business. The sale I went to was quite massive, and the presentation of items was well organized and thoughtful. I really appreciated that everyone on the team maintained their friendly demeanors amidst what appeared to be a tremendous amount of work. I’ll find them again!
This company is great on so many levels, from the organization of their sales, prices, plenty of help and so on, they are one of my favorite estate sale companies.
I have had the opportunity to shop at Certified Estate Sales the last 3 weekends, the staff was extremely helpful. Each sale had wonderful items for sale.. Thanks for providing such a pleasant experience for our weekends!

My mother recently downsized from our 5,000 sqft family home to a much smaller one. Had to sell decades worth of antiques, middle eastern authentic items and some of my grandfather’s rare books. CES made it an easy process and was very knowledgeable about how to price unique items in the market!
