MAKE SURE YOU GET ITEMIZED PRICING ON EVERYTHING IF YOU SHOP AT ONE OF THESE SALES! The woman at check out was extremely rude at the sale this past weekend in Marietta on Rocky Mountain rd. Morning of 9/14/25 -For Starters...They were selling bundles of USPS flat rate boxes ($10/ea) and other USPS marked packing materials. Yep...the ones you get for FREE at the post office. Well now I can see that I'm not the only one who has received the annoyance of the lady who does the checking out. I thought I was just special after she continued to change the prices and seemingly "forget" what price she last told me. These were items that apparently didn't have a tag so therefore she could charge what she wanted. As I was trying to figure out how much these items were and what the price would be on the last day...supposedly 50% off... I was getting confused by the flim flam... Went to one of her sales today. The person checking me out was rude and didn’t make eye contact. Maybe she was autistic, so I asked a question of another staff member who was very helpful. Then the owner interrupted us, I introduced myself, and she said something in an aggravated tone and promptly turned her back to me. Rude. I left because I prefer to spend money where people are nice.
Great estate sale and so we'll organized. Everything was in great shape and all of the staff was so incredibly helpful. The process was efficient and seamless. Nanette was especially kind and helpful. 🙂
