Very disorganized and very rude, particularly at check out. They were quite abrupt and unpleasant, particularly because they are understaffed. We visited an extremely busy estate sale and their employees had no information about things and the check out line was out the door and almost an hour because they only had one person checking people out. I’m sure they lost many sales because of this.
Sara and her team were warm and knowledgeable. In overhearing some conversations with hagglers (no judgement), they seemed to strike the challenging balance of accommodating buyers, looking out for the family, and running a business. The sale I went to was quite massive, and the presentation of items was well organized and thoughtful. I really appreciated that everyone on the team maintained their friendly demeanors amidst what appeared to be a tremendous amount of work. I’ll find them again!
This company is great on so many levels, from the organization of their sales, prices, plenty of help and so on, they are one of my favorite estate sale companies.
I have had the opportunity to shop at Certified Estate Sales the last 3 weekends, the staff was extremely helpful. Each sale had wonderful items for sale.. Thanks for providing such a pleasant experience for our weekends!
Had a great experience at one of your sales! Everything was very organized and the woman checking us out was very sweet and helpful. All the staff were very attentive when we had questions. Overall great sale!!!
