I called Monday after our downstairs flooded from the storm on Sat. They came on Tuesday as promised, on time, from Asheville. Willie Richardson and his team were thorough, explained everything they would do, gave us a reasonable quote, worked long and hard and are coming back to check on things in a few days. Highly recommended!
When I was first hired, I was told by the "owner" that this was a family business and that family always came first. Within the last 5 months, you would never know this was a family business. There was the more important family in TN and then there was Certified. The owner, who made it clear he was 51% owner in my interview, completely disregarded his 51% "investment" in NC and only worried about what was local. These guys were fast getting here, explained everything that was going to happen, and did a fantastic job cleaning up the house so we could get back to normal. We would use them again (but we hope we never have to!)
