Avoid dealing with this company if at all possible. One of their doctors was found to have failed to meet the standard of care regarding my case by the hospital she was working at, yet CEMS refused to acknowledge this. They simply would not hear anything about my case unless it was my credit card number to pay the bill. They hung up on me multiple times, never once returned a call, and their employees would even refuse to give their names. I would have to block my number just to get a call through.
