I called the company with questions about adding items to my upcoming appointment, and the owner answered the phone. He was impatient, condescending, and rude to me throughout the phone call. The existing appointment was scheduled late in the day on a Friday. She called requesting to add 4 hours to the appointment which was not possible. We suggested rescheduling the appointment to allow the additional work to be done and she got angry, demanding that the tech stay as late as necessary to complete the work. We declined and she cancelled the appointment, for which we were grateful.
