I absolutely love RITU GUPTA. I have alopecia and she's been treating me for about three months. When I walked into the office I was extremely self conscious but hopefully. Dr Ritu Gupta was very patient she took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns about the various issues I was seeing with my skin! She explain everything as she completed my examination . I would recommend her to others!
I had a very disappointing experience at this dermatology office, particularly with Dr. Marina Mikhail. There appears to be a consistent lack of follow-up and reliability in patient care. My appointments were rescheduled approximately seven times, often due to the doctor being unavailable, leaving early, or having other commitments. My son was initially treated there for a skin condition, but after the first visit, there was no follow-up to monitor his progress or response to treatment.
