I came here around 70 days ago to get a cyst removed on my shoulder. The removal process was decent but they failed to inform me on the recovery process. I came back 3 weeks later with minimal healing and still a big scab to find out it will take a year to fully close. It's now 70 days and I still have a big scab on my shoulder. I am extremely disappointed that they failed to inform me at all about the recovery process until 3 weeks after the decision to get it removed.
I’m very pleased with care I’ve received from Dr. Woldow. Having bad experience with some other dermatologists in the area I was very skeptical about this office, but Dr. Adam was very attentive, explaining in detail every aspect of my skin issues and answered my questions including the ones about preventative care and medication. I’d strongly recommend this dermatologist and will reach out to this office for any future skin related issues. Thanks!
