Brayden did a great job replacing my fireplace damper and installing a new liner for the fireplace and appliance flue. He explained the chimney work clearly during the estimate, answered my questions, and was never pushy. The team also planned the chimney waterproofing at the right time because of the rainy weather, which gave me confidence the chimney would be well protected. I may need an updated estimate after we talk more and after the masonry repair is reviewed. I understand the work would also need to include a cement cap installation. If most of the bricks are loose, I may choose to have the mason rebuild the top with straight sides, which could reduce the overall size of the stainless chase cover.
