Professional from start to finish. Kudos to John Wade the carpet Technician who serviced our home. In addition to doing a beautiful job, he assisted me in an emergency situation while I was trying to transfer my hubby from wheelchair to car. Without his assistance it could have been a very serious outcome. Certified Clean also cleaned several orientalists rugs for me last year with amazing results! Wonderful customer service. I am a HUGE Fan.

There are not enough words to describe my experience with this company. They are so professional, timely, and do a fantastic job at cleaning. I had both rugs and carpet cleaned. Everyone I worked with was unbelievably nice. on a scale of 1 - 10....they get a 50+. My rugs look brand new and so does my carpet! They got out every bit of pet odors. They are wonderful!!!!!!!

This company did an awesome job cleaning my upholstery and area rugs. Craig and Reginald were very professional and thorough. I also like that they are an eco-friendly company. They didn’t have to saturate the furniture or rugs which made for a faster drying time. I will have them back to finish the bedroom areas in my home.

We used Certified Clean Care to clean our carpets before the sale of our home recently. 15 years of wear and tear, messy teenager and a little girl who loves slime? Oh my!! We weren't sure if they could even make a dent in the mess we had, but these guys did impressive work and our carpets looked better than any of us expected!!
