Our furniture was circled in several places and just was nor well cleaned. Our carpet is not new and it did have some pet stains. The carpet looks somewhat better but not as good as we expected. Very disappointed.
Great service! Our technician Craig was great - arrived on time, super friendly and courteous, was aware of our coupon, discussed scope of work and gave me cost up front, efficiently treated all stains and cleaned everything to finish up fast. Always have a good experience.
Techs were prompt and courteous. They explained the available options and processes and applicable costs. They were able to remove several old stains other carpet cleaning services had not been able to remove. Appreciated the care taken to protect corners from the hoses. Definitely will use this company again and will refer them with confidence.

We called Certified Clesn Care after discovering "pet stains" on an area rug. After calling their office and getting good advice and several cleaning options, I set up an appointment for them to come out and pick up several of my Karastan rugs. The rugs were returned in about a week. The rug with the stain was completely deorderized and wrapped for storage. We also had them clean two older rugs which look brand new again.
