I cannot praise Certified Care highly enough. My father suffered from dementia and he lived with us for four years till he died last month. My mother died from Covid and we suddenly needed to find care so that we could continue working as NHS doctors. In Home Care have been providing excellent, professional and reliable care for my father since 2021 and still continue to do so. My family and I are most grateful to In Home Care for the highly skilled, competent and caring Care Professionals they have provided for my father's care. Their Carers go the extra mile and are experienced in working with clients who have dementia. I recommend In Home Care most highly and will continue to use them. Their flexibility and professionalism is exceptional.

In-Homecare Havering have been providing domiciliary care for my mother for several months now. They have always been very helpful and flexible and the service has been excellent both from the carers provided and from the management team. I would definitely recommend them

My son has special needs. One day his regular carers did not turn up for the morning call and my son was still in bed. It was nearly 12 in the afternoon. I was struggling to wake my son up. I called Home Care and spoke to the manager Mr. Charles who was very understanding and immediately offered help. I found Mr. Charles to be very professional in his approach who is always available to discuss any concerns and finds ways to work around it. Thankyou Charles.
