I had a leak after a storm and called Certified Best Roofing. They inspected the roof and told me that the water entered through the vent and no repairs were needed. I was pleasantly surprised that they didnt charge me for the assessment and were honest about the cause of the water intrusion. It is refreshing to have an honest roofing company to call in a time of need.
A man by the name of ******* entered my property at 6am without my permission, my me and my family slept. This man was conned by a STRANGER who gave him permission to enter my yard. This is extremely scary that a strange man can have this much power. This was due to the company not properly verifying ownership like they should be doing. This is a serious safety issue for myself and for those you send to do a service. The next house you get sent to could be one that has protection! In the future you will be trespassed!!

It was after his visit to the property that we discovered the initial request came from an individual who did not own the property and was attempting some sort of scam.
