Called them 2 weeks ago to inquire on a Jaguar and trade my car. Got an EM from Nick wanting to talk and come for a test drive. I expressed my desire to work online first to see if we were in the ballpark and save the sales pitches, I wrote up a through EM giving them the KBB for this Jaguar (which was way over KBB range), along with my KBB range for my car. He danced around for 2 weeks, then finally gave me an insulting offer of 50% below KBB range. Called the manager Adam and got left on hold for 10 minutes then gave up. C... read more
Contacted the dealership as soon as the vehicle was posted. They told me that the vehicle was still in transit from the auction. No problem, I would wait. I called the next day and they told me the vehicle was still in transit… But that it was allocated for someone. What?? What does that even mean? I had two sales people tell me the vehicle was available… Including CarGurus. What probably happened was an employee or in-house customer saw the vehicle and told them that they wanted it. I bought the truck. Purchase went fine but there were problems getting it detailed and a windshield replaced. Was told several different stories. On Thursday the Manager said the detail had still not been done and assured me he would make sure it was 100% Done by Friday 4/2 Paid 847.00 for the CBB advantage plan they was supposed to include a Show Room Ready Detail! Thats not what I got. At best it’s a typical Car wash. Deliverd it with the manual or Keyless entry code. After waiting until Friday to get the truck the changin... read more
