Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I brought my car to a different mechanic who struggled to figure out the issue with my car. I brought it to Certified and they figured out the issue immediately and had it taken care of within a few hours. So relieved! Excellent experience every time. Highly recommend!

We hit a deer while in the UP on our way to Green Bay for the Monday night football game. Our radiator was leaking and we had to stop like every 20 mins to put water in it. Certified Auto fixed the problem in a couple hours at a very reasonable price and we were on our way! Highly recommend!

Only place I take my vehicle. Great communication and transparency from employees for estimated costs and time to repair. The guys are very friendly and always appreciative I chose them for all my auto needs!
Great friendly service at a reasonable price for my 2004 diesel Beetle. They listen to the customer to come to a solution to fix the problem, and back up the work when the car is not liking the new parts and wants a different brand. Great communication with the customer. Have referred many people to go here and will continue to use them in the future. Keep up the great work!!
