I contacted Certified after another shop had the truck for over a week without touching it. Certified was very professional on the phone and in person. Truck was towed there on a Tuesday. I got a call that same day with diagnosis and price and truck was done on Thursday. Transmission is warrantied and SO far So good!
Took my wife’s Jeep there for an issue with it starting,They said it was the battery and the cost would be 451 dollars!To replace a battery,Obviously I declined and I didn’t expect the one minute it took to test the battery to be free but have been taking vehicles there for years and this place has gone so far down that they charged me over 70 dollars for 1 minute of their time including 15 dollars for supplies.What supplies are you using to test the battery?
It amazes me this place sits at 4.4 stars for review. I had work done to my vehicle a few years back. Spent over $2000 in different repairs. This place messed my 4x4 up so bad I ended up trading the thing. Nothing but problems after leaving this shop. I was going to be nice and not say a word...but I figured I'd let people know how sucky and untrustworthy this shop is. Couldn't even screw the oil bolt on correctly.
