The owner of this business has no customer service expertise or manners but most importantly 'he is aggressive'. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone or buying from him.

I went to look for a car the owner keep telling me about free warranty and that all his customers were repeat customers I don't believe that because he was very rude he walked away from us while we were asking him questions that should have been my first sign to not do business there. Before I purchase the vehicle he promised to fix some of the things and that he would give me a loaner while my car was being worked on. Money hungry, They are so busy trying to get the money out of your hand that the receptionist draws up your contract while you are test driving the vehicle. No car facts, nothing. The owners son is Joshua very rude quick tempered and doesn't mind speaking to his employees harshly while the customer is sitting in the lobby, it's like he wants you hear the conversation. I recently got a car from them. Had issues from the start. Although the repairs were made. The young manager / owners son, has a horrible demeanor. Very short tempered/ impatient once the papers were signed. Very rude! If I had it to do over, I patronize an appreciative businesses.
