Our experience with Certified Arbor Care was amazing. The initial consultation was with an arborist, not just a company that has cut down a bunch of trees. I felt well cared for from the very beginning. Once I accepted the estimate, we were put on the calendar. We opted for deep fertilization of our trees and the tech who performed the service was knowledgable and thorough. He was at our house for almost two hours! Been served by them twice, excellent professional service each time. They really are arborists, and yes that really does matter.
I had work done by this company and was not real happy. I did give them a good review earlier but they are still billing me for work that has been paid. Shows that payment is past due but paid two days after work completed.
