While selling our house to a VA buyer’s . Carolyn came out with her grandson and had him measure the house he didn’t look a day over 17 and most likely not even qualified to be performing appraisal work and was on his phone half the time. Want an honest value of your property? Do you need great comps, and some to just simply do their job? This isn’t the company for you. They were randomly selected in the VA database to do my homes appraisal. All I can say is terrible. The comps are not even comparable to my property. This company and more specifically Carolyn utterly butchered this process, and singlehandedly kill our chance to addon to our existing home.
