If you want an appraisal, go elsewhere. This place is slow. Took them 9 days just to come out to my house and look at it, now 3 weeks later, and my appraisal is STILL not done. They keep making excuses about how much work they have and blah blah blah. I've had multiple different appraisals and none of them took over a week. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. They might seem like cool guys but it seems they don't know what they are doing.
