Don't use them! I have to book the appointment a week in advance and they cancelled on me last minute and the next availability is in 2 weeks. Very unprofessional!
Excellent rapid service, found and solved problem with the refrigerator quickly and professionally
When looking for someone to service my Summit refrigerator I choose Certified Appliance due to the reviews it has received. Sadly, my experience has not been the same. I have a question regarding my service call and have called the office twice now. I was told twice that the manager will return a phone call to me. I am still waiting for that phone call. Based on my experience I would not recommend this repair company to anyone. After my third phone call I did receive a resolution to my issue.
We were bothered by our noisy dryer, so we called their services to check on our appliance and fix the problem. Their technician, who was very polite, thoroughly and carefully worked with the repair. It was a hassle-free and pleasant experience working with this company. The price was affordable, as well.
