Great customer service!
We called Certified Appliance Care to help us with our dishwasher and they came on Christmas Eve Day. The Guys were so helpful and friendly and explained the problem & solution. They were on time & very efficient! Highly recommend this business!!
Came out to replace a bad LG Compressor. 48 hours later the freezer was still not getting cold. They won't honor warranty for work done. They won't return calls.

All these years that I have relied on Lucas to repair my appliances, my home and my rental unit, Lucas has been an exceptional professional with a great attitude and a happy smile on. It is always a pleasure to deal with him. Great job!
We were having an issue with our freezer - leaks and not making any ice. Lucas was great. Very professional, quickly found the root cause of both issues, fixed it, was clear and upfront on costs, and was friendly too! Would highly recommend!
