Dr. Hallett was so nice & great with my (almost) 3 year old! He took his time to make sure she understood what was going on & made her smile the whole time. Would definitely recommend!
If you are African American, this is not the place for you. They look down on you and talk to you like you are trash. Speaking about the Lincoln Heights Location. I am unsure about the Medical Center Location. Beware!
I love love love CERTIFIED Allergy! I’ve seen Dr. Robert Ramirez for 5+ years and he’s amazing! I’ve been on allergy shots almost 2 years and he’s very knowledgeable and helpful; even checking on me throughout the day/evening when I had an adverse reaction and ended up at the ER after hours. Not many physicians truly care about their patients like Dr. Ramirez and his staff. Highly recommended!
Dr. Ramirez, Jr, Jamie, Hilda, Jackie and all the other staff are top notch! They are caring and professional. They aren't like other doctors' offices. They KNOW you when you come in! They spend time with you. I never feel rushed or not listened to. I highly recommend Certified Allergy & Asthma to all my friends!
