My security system was just serviced by Edward Oliszewski and, as always, I am pleased with not only my alarm system, but with the rapid, courteous and professional service I receive with Certified. Highly recommend Certified Alarm Systems for security peace of mind.
Called them regarding a problem with alarm system at work and they put me on hold for a long time, came back on the line to tell me they couldn’t help me, I asked them so who do I call for help with the problem, they put me back on hold for quite some time then hung up on me. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

My camera system is monitored by Certified Alarm. I was having an issue seeing my cameras on my monitor. Edward was sent to my home for a service call. He was very professional and explained exactly what was wrong and fixed the problem in no time. Would definitely recommend them.
Discontinuing my services with Certified has been nothing short of a nightmare. The customer service representative that I have been speaking with is extremely rude and has continuously badgered me for my reason for leaving, asking me extremely personal questions (such as if I was financially able to afford their service) even after I told her I did not wish to discuss my reasons for wanting to leave! I have never felt more safe in my home!! I don't know how I ever lived without it and cannot imagine being without it. A shout out to the customer service!! All the technicians have been wonderful!! I cannot believe any one not having Certified Alarm Systems in their home!! Peace of mind is priceless!!!
