I highly recommend the company for its professionalism and high standard of care in the security and surveillance industry.
I highly recommend Certified Alarms. The customer service is second to none. The account manager called to follow up after the job was done to make sure it was to our satisfaction and the installer Seth was incredibly patient teaching us how to use the technology. He even brought back a sign for the yard after his work was complete! Fantastic experience!
Service has been excellent. Monitoring folks are on the spot and called for a police response once when i was unavailable to answer them back on an alarm situation. Liz was very helpful with my billing questions ... overall very satisfied with my experiences with Certified Alarms.
