I contacted them to buy alarm service and the told me how much was monthly by the phone , so I said ok , the day they went to install the service I was not at home , so my son let them in to install the service , technician ask my son to sign my son did , next thing I know is the we are under 3 years contract withou advising my son neither me about that , I don’t recommend this company to any body , at least you want to waste your money , their system fail many time , exactly When you need it the most ,
My business and 2 others just got broken into. My business had the Certified Alarms alarm, but it failed to go off when we were broken into. The technician failed to uncover the failure and said that things just fail sometimes. I bought and paid for this service thinking it would protect me. What’s the point if the alarm is not going to do it’s job when I need? If you have this service, you need to seriously change.
