Service has been excellent. Monitoring folks are on the spot and called for a police response once when i was unavailable to answer them back on an alarm situation. Liz was very helpful with my billing questions ... overall very satisfied with my experiences with Certified Alarms.
I have used Certified Alarms for 20 years. The service has always been great but since they have tried to automate their services it has taken a turn for the worst. I have been calling the service dept since Monday trying to get service. Normally I would not have an issue waiting but I am getting phone calls, texts, and emails all day and night to alert me that I have issues with my alarm sensors. Midnight, 2am, 4am. They don’t care.
