We have been with Certified Alarms for several years now and we're extremely pleased with the service they've been providing from the very first day of installation. Whenever we've needed them for routine servicing, they've responded to our requests as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Service has been excellent. Monitoring folks are on the spot and called for a police response once when i was unavailable to answer them back on an alarm situation. Liz was very helpful with my billing questions ... overall very satisfied with my experiences with Certified Alarms.
I have used Certified Alarms for 20 years. The service has always been great but since they have tried to automate their services it has taken a turn for the worst. I have been calling the service dept since Monday trying to get service. Normally I would not have an issue waiting but I am getting phone calls, texts, and emails all day and night to alert me that I have issues with my alarm sensors. Midnight, 2am, 4am. They don’t care. I highly recommend Certified Alarms. The customer service is second to none. The account manager called to follow up after the job was done to make sure it was to our satisfaction and the installer Seth was incredibly patient teaching us how to use the technology. He even brought back a sign for the yard after his work was complete! Fantastic experience!
We have always used certified for our home. In the past I have used two other monitoring services but keep coming back to certified for the business. Why? reliable contacts and friendly service, especially by Sara. Sara helped us with our annual review and made sure everything is configured correctly, all of our contacts are up to date and pass phrases are known.
