I highly recommend Certified Alarms. The customer service is second to none. The account manager called to follow up after the job was done to make sure it was to our satisfaction and the installer Seth was incredibly patient teaching us how to use the technology. He even brought back a sign for the yard after his work was complete! Fantastic experience!
I have had Certified service for many years I have been satisfied for the entire time. Their response time is good, their repair services are handled efficiently and when promised. Handling business dealings with them is fast and easy. My most recent dealing was with Liz, who was polite and competent. I am a satisfied customer and have no need nor desire to replace them as my alarm provider.
My family, including my parents, have had Certified Alarm for 25+ years and we have loved having them. They have made everything a breeze and the customer service is absolutely fantastic! When I moved houses, the process was simple in having the contract held until the new house was complete. No issues!
