My business and 2 others just got broken into. My business had the Certified Alarms alarm, but it failed to go off when we were broken into. The technician failed to uncover the failure and said that things just fail sometimes. I bought and paid for this service thinking it would protect me. What’s the point if the alarm is not going to do it’s job when I need? If you have this service, you need to seriously change.

Company had us on 2 contracts ending at different times. When one service agreement ends, the other service does not work. But they want us to buy out First agreement with video surveillance cameras ends May 1st. We terminated that agreement. Second agreement for doorbell camera ends May1st 2022. It does not work without the first agreement. This was not disclosed to us in the beginning. The company wants us to buy out the second agreement and penalize us. They threatened to turn us over to collections. We paid $194 on April 21/2021 to buy out the contract that ends on May 1st 2022. According to the company, the doorbell camera would not work once the earlier agreement was terminated. The matter has been settled for us. But the business practices of this company need to be highlighted.

My sister recommended certified alarm when I purchase to my house. she informed me about the great customer service and how pleasant all of the associates are. Today Jeremy did an outstanding job today updating my system. I had some special request of him and he accommodated me seamlessly. Jeremy is textbook customer service.

We have been with Certified Alarm System for many years. We have always received excellent service, but the last service call was perfect! Jeremy was the service person that came out. He was extremely friendly. He explained things to us thoroughly; answering any and all questions. We would recommend this company to everyone .

So, we were with another alarm company that certified bought out. They show up at our office, and ask for anyone to sign a service agreement. They don’t inquire at all if the signee is allowed to sign for the business. Therefore, an ex-employee if the company signed the company into a three year contract. Upon closing the business after 1 year, certified is making the owner pay out two more years that he never signed for. When he told certified that the person who signed has nothing to do with the company, they said that was his problem. Really????

We have had monitoring through Certified for the last 6 years. Edward came out today and did a great job troubleshooting an issue with our system. He was prompt and professional. I would highly recommend Certified!

I have been a Certified Alarm customer since 2006. We also have a Generac Generator from Certified. Customer Service and response has been excellent and my monthly fees are lower than I’ve heard advertised by other security/alarm companies.
