It was a very hot day when I took my vehicle. Wayne was courteous and quickly got me through the process, all along being personable and humorously engaging. After the test, he offered me a cold bottle of water which came in handy. He was not only professional, he was human. I recommend CertiClean Emissions as a great place for quality customer service!.
I’m only giving one star because you can’t give zero and still leave a review. I agree 100% with the other ‘multiple’ one star reviews that Wayne, at the very least, has a serious attitude problem! As he was coming back from his break he apparently motioned for me to pull forward when I was already parked directly in front of the spot indicated. He said “I told you to pull up!“ I replied “I don’t read sign language.” He then flipped me a bird and said “Can you read this?” Needless to say I was furious, told him I would take ... read more
