Horrible customer service at the Roseville location. Guy named Dustin answered the phone and was being sarcastic about the fact I wasn't talking fast enough because I had to put him on mute to cough. He said, "IIIIII'm listening,,," and starts laughing. I asked, "am I not talking fast enough for you?" He says, "actually, you're not, to be completely honest". I've received decent parts from there before, but will likely never go back due to the treatment.

Thank you Certifit. Great job! – My daughter crashed into our garage and ruined our front bumber. Went to Certifit and in about 5 minutes had a new bumper and 2 suggested paint and installation shops phone numbers and addresses given to me. The services was excellent. Never again going anywhere else.

Great Service, Incredible Value – I have been to Certi-Fit 3 times and plan on going back whenever I need something. I called ahead on pricing and availability. Was able to place my order quickly and recieved parts in less than 5 minutes. Parts fit perfect. I have saved hundreds of dollars by using Certi-fit.

Poor Customer Service – Asked for a right front fender for a 2003 Chev Suburban, I was given a fender for a 2003-2007 Chev Silverado. Not the same. They brought out the box and and the box had DMG written on it. One of their employees and I looked over the fender and found a small crease on the side and that was it. I took the fender only to findout it was the wrong one from the body shop. Horrible service – Very slow employees, takes 45 minutes to get one part even if your the only one there! I would not recommend going here for anyone. I've been there about 10 times thinking maybe this time it will be better but it keeps getting worse, they don't even know who i am and still bring out damaged parts like i wouldn't notice it! I couldn't be more disappointed with this place.
