CertaSun made the whole solar process super easy for us. I had a really great experience from start to finish. They are responsive communicators and made the process very easy.
The Certasun team was friendly and efficient starting with the salesman, to the project coordinator, to the installation team, and customer service. They’ve answered our many questions clearly. Installation for us took place on a super cold day in February, and the installation team was out there working hard in what had to be very uncomfortable circumstances.
These guys are an answer company! You want home solar? Certasun is the way to go. They give the options, they work based on your schedule. They give decent support. Set up is done, and system works great.
I'm writing this review 2.5 years after install. I was very pleased with the quoting/consulting stage of the process, as all of my questions were addressed well, and the financing stage was very flexible in their offerings. Permits took a bit of time. Trying to coordinate the project manager with the city didn't happen efficiently, but it was completed 100% by Certasun.
