Carlos, Daisy and their team did a fantastic job! I had popcorn ceiling in my family room, which was an eye sore, and hired CertaPro to remove it. Carlos made the initial visit and estimate easy and Daisy helped me with scheduling the work. The project was performed over several days and each time the crew arrived on schedule, was polite and efficient, and tidied up the area before departing. Very impressed with the hard and solid work to fix up our deck. For transparency it was 4k for replacing the horizontal planks and staining a 9x9 deck. The deck is smooth (no more splinters for our little one), the finish is incredible, they made sure we were HOA compliant. The crew worked SO hard and even in the heat. We are very appreciative, if paint is needed in the future know where to lock.
