Fast and easy. Psychotherapist was very easy to talk to and helped through the process.
Certapet has amazing therapist that can help, they also understand how an animal can reduce anxiety and depression. It was an easy honest process.

I wouldn’t recommend it if you have more than 2 animals as emotional support. The therapist I had never made it to the appointment scheduled and they just assigned me a letter when I had questions about my 4 cats for esl. Customer service then states it’s rare for them to assign more than 2. I just paid $60 for a local therapist and got an esl for all of my cats without paying extra or jumping hoops and paying $150+
