The service was good but I applied for both letters for house rental and travel by airplane. Then the mental health provider told me that I had to request t first for travel letter and then apply for the rental letter. I couldn't download the letter. The format it's different?It cuts the letter when I downloaded. I took only a screenshot. She refunded me the other part of the money.

I am a real person!!! I can admit I was skeptical at first about it as there were a lot of bad and mixed reviews. I prayed about it and took a chance. I can say the process was quite simple. I filled out the info asked on the website. I created the account and then I had to was a little longer than usual to be assigned a Therapist because I did it in a Friday. Thank you everyone! Thank you Haley Neidich. Though I have not yet shared the letter with my management, I am still so grateful for the opportunity to express my thoughts and receive this affirmation of needing an emotional support animal. The process is straight forward with communication being clear the entire way. I am so fulfilled to be understood and acknowledged in this way. Fingers crossed to turning the letter into management.
