Very rude staff in office. He make me wait for 40 minutes to give me paperwork.
The shipping office is top notch. This is my favorite place to pick up a load.
The loading time at this shipper is so slow that what is supposed to be straight through 5 hour drive to delivery usually turns into a two day job I'm never taking another load from this place again.

I drove in there and knocked Down their stop sign. Even the the little mishap they were curteous to me and unloaded me in a timely manner.
