I would not recommend this management company. Very unprofessional. Our main objective in hiring this company was to get some much needed repairs on our building. After 5 long months I received 3 padded bids. We had a major plumbing problem, called it in and were informed they didn't have anyone available to call. I had to hire a plumbing company to come out after hours and make the repair.
