We worked with Jessica and Pepe on the loan team and they were exemplary in getting it done, in time and without any last minute surprises. The terms were fair to begin with and they made sure we were communicated every step of the way. Having done quite a few of these hard money loans, this was one of the smoothest transactions to work with. I would highly recommend them.

i have worked with pepe on many loans with certain lending and he is a hard worker but also a friend. he makes sure to find us the best structure/pricing on the loans. the best part of it all is its a one stop shop for your investment loans. the process is super smooth especially once you on board. the following loans are super easy. if you are an investor you need to get in touch with pepe so you can get an advantage over your competition.
I am not sure what happened with the last guy's review, but I have closed a dozen loans Certain Lending and Deric Gwinn specifically. He is a rock star. Their entire team is a pleasure to work with and Deric is one of the most responsive originators I have ever had the pleasure to brokers deals though.
